This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies on the website available at www.budokor.pl (the "Website").

Depending on the form of contact we may process: first and last name, email address, phone number, message content, company data (if provided), IP address, device data and cookie information.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for: (1) responding to enquiries sent via the contact form or email, (2) preparing offers and providing services, (3) fulfilling legal obligations, (4) pursuing or defending claims, (5) commercial communications — only with consent, where required.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR — consent, contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest (client contact, claim protection, Website security).

5. Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, then no longer than 3 years (claim protection), unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing cooperation. Cookies — according to their validity period or until deleted by the user.

6. Data recipients

Data recipients may include: hosting and Website maintenance providers, email providers, IT service providers and — as required by law — public authorities. We do not sell personal data.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
